Marnie & Associates
In 2010, TPG will contract business development consulting services from Jim Marnie. Our relationship with Jim goes back 16+ years. We look forward to the seasoned input he will bring to his projects with TPG. He has a background in developing complex accounts and associated integrators.
JD Teter started his technical career in the Navy. His comprehensive knowledge of motion control comes from field service at Control Techniques, time spent at a medical OEM and as an automation distributor’s motion control specialist. JD continues to develop his sales and mechanical product expertise with TPG. JD is an account manager for Southern MN, South Dakota and Nebraska.
Kyle Franklin has extensive experience in electronics and field service of electrical equipment in addition to industrial sales of automation and PT products. He has 20 years industry experience in both distribution and factory sales. Before coming to TPG, Kyle was a VFD Product Specialist for the Upper Midwest. Kyle is an account manager for Northern MN and North Dakota, as well as Iowa.
Tom Carlson became interested in automation developing custom work cells at his first job after engineering school. He then spent 5 years as an Automation Distributor salesman. He rounded out his industry experience and business education working for a global manufacturer on key oem accounts. Tom is TPG’s founder, President and an Account Manager for Western WI, and key accounts.
Technical Partners Group brings a unique combination of experiences in our industry. We have been customer, automation distributor, field service engineer, factory employed salesperson and independent manufacturer’s representative. Our atypical understanding of the many sides to our industry lends credibility and creates a nexus for the manufacturers that we represent.
